Ingredients.
For one bowl:
- 4 oz 93% or 96% lean ground beef
- 2 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup mini potatoes, halved or quartered
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved or tomatoes cut.
- ¼ cup handful of pickle chips (for extra crunch!)
- ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (or 1 ultra-thin slice)
- 1–2 tbsp Flavortown Secret Sauce (or your favorite burger sauce)
- Your seasoning of choice (I used Traeger)
- Cooking spray or 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions.
1. Roast the potatoes:
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F. Toss your halved mini potatoes with a sprinkle of seasoning, and a light mist of cooking spray or olive oil. Roast or air fry for 15–20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
2. Cook the beef:
While the potatoes cook, season your ground beef. Cook in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until fully browned and cooked through about 5–7 minutes.
3. Assemble your bowl:
Add a big base of shredded lettuce to your bowl. Top with your cooked ground beef, crispy potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and pickle chips. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
4. Finish with sauce:
Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of Flavortown Secret Sauce on top or serve it on the side for dipping!

Tips to keep it light.
- Use leaner ground beef or swap for lean ground turkey.
- Stick to one portion of cheese and sauce — it still tastes indulgent!
- Add extra veggies like diced cucumbers, shredded carrots, or more tomatoes to bulk it up without extra calories.
- Swap mini potatoes for roasted cauliflower or sweet potato if you want a different twist!
