How to Make Pizza Quesadillas.
1. Lightly spray a skillet with non-stick spray and warm it over medium heat.
2. Place a tortilla shell in the skillet and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese.
3. Add a few pepperonis, and a pinch of pizza sauce on one half with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
4. Fold the tortilla over and press lightly.
5. Cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden and crispy. I also sprinkle Italian seasoning on the outside too.
6. Slice, serve, and watch them disappear!
These pizza quesadillas are perfect for busy weeknights, after-school snacks, or even an easy lunch. Customize them with your favorite toppings veggies, different cheeses, or even cooked sausage. The possibilities are endless!
