Hi guys! Looking for a dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat? These Cookie Monster Ice Cream Nachos are a guaranteed hit with kids and adults! Inspired by everyone’s favorite blue monster, this treat is colorful, crunchy, and over-the-top delicious.
How To Make.
Here’s what I used to create the magic:
- Crunched up ice cream cones for the “nachos”
- A couple scoops of Baskin-Robbins Cookie Monster ice cream
- Crushed Oreo cookies for extra cookie goodness
- A drizzle of chocolate sauce
- Lots of chocolate sprinkles
- A swirl of whipped cream
- And of course, a bright red cherry on top!
To assemble, I layered the crunched cones on a plate, added scoops of Cookie Monster ice cream, and topped it off with all the goodies. It’s messy, it’s sweet, and it’s SO much fun to dig into.
