Hi friends! 16 years together and 6 years married! That’s how long Dayjhan and I willl be celebrating on August 3rd! I’m so excited to have reached such a milestone with him. Of course we had to celebrate so we took a quick 48 hour trip to where? Where romance and excitement fuse to create an unforgettable anniversary celebration. Indulging in the culinary delights of Las Vegas is a must for any anniversary celebration. We explored some of the most delectable restaurants in the city, including International Smokehouse, where my brother and sister in law treated us to a meal filled with smoky flavors from around the world impressing our taste buds. If you go the ribs are a must! Hash House A Go Go served up hearty comfort food with a creative twist, while Creamberry offered irresistible ice cream concoctions. Even though the candy employee wasn’t there so I couldn’t try their famous cotton candy. A visit to the Sugar Factory was a sweet affair, and Sayulitas brought flavors of Mexico right to our table. But be sure to bring your wallet if you want to try the big meals you see on their Instagram page. The gastronomic journey in Vegas is truly an experience to cherish.
#2. Retail Therapy Time:
For the shopaholics, Vegas is a paradise waiting to be explored. Our anniversary shopping spree took us to iconic places like the M&M Store, where colorful candies and merchandise delighted us. ABC Story offered a treasure trove of unique gifts and souvenirs like a personalized sign I got for Aria. The allure of Savage X Fenty left us mesmerized and with new undies. We also tried Dr. Fish Spa which I had been wanting to try forever. We did a 15 minute session where the little fishes ate our toes. It felt so silly it was a fun experience. We even hit up the vibrant atmosphere of The Vegas Swap Meet Broadacres Marketplace, discovering hidden gems amidst the bustling stalls. Though it was way to hot mid afternoon. So if you go try to get there as early in the day as possible. Oh! And although it’s not shopping the Welcome To Vegas sign is such a memorable place for a photo op! Oh one more thing. Another place I really wanted to visit was the Lip Lab. Which is by appointment only so just a heads up if you plan on going.
#3. Enthralling Entertainment:
A trip to Vegas wouldn’t be complete without witnessing the captivating shows that grace its stages. For a night of sultry allure and excitement, Fantasy, a renowned strip tease show, delivered an unforgettable experience. No phone allowed but the show is a fun sexy must! And then came the momentous event – seeing Katy Perry live in concert! Her electrifying performance left us awestruck, making our anniversary celebrations truly extraordinary. We’re also talking about taking the girls back to see Katy. There was also a boxing match going on that I wouldn’t of mind going to be we already had Katy tickets.
