Hi guys! Camping is fun but glamping is better! Though it’s been years since I camped and never even glamped nor have our children. I decided it was time to take the fam on a little adventure at Inn Town Camp.

Each site is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay, with amenities such as picnic tables, fire pits to rent which is a must, and access to clean restroom facilities.
One of the highlights of Inn Town Camp is its beautiful setting. Surrounded by towering pine trees and lush greenery, the campground offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for unplugging, relaxation and reconnecting with nature. I literally just sat on our balcony in silence taking it all in. The nearby creek adds to the tranquil ambiance, creating a soothing backdrop for your stay.
Beyond the natural beauty, Inn Town Camp also offers an array of amenities and activities. The campsite features a communal kitchen equipped with cooking facilities, a camp store stocked with essentials, and a cozy lounge area where guests can unwind and socialize. Additionally, there’s a refreshing swimming pool Ivy and Ari’s fav, perfect for a dip on warm summer days. They even offer movie nights.
Nevada City itself is a historic Gold Rush-era town that boasts a vibrant arts and culture scene. Strolling through the charming downtown area, visitors can explore art galleries, boutique shops, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The town also hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, showcasing its rich history and artistic heritage. Plus don’t even get me started on their wonderful hospitality and amazing pizza!
For outdoor enthusiasts, the area surrounding Nevada City offers ample opportunities for adventure. Nearby hiking trails lead to stunning vistas, hidden waterfalls, and picturesque lakes, providing endless possibilities for exploration. Visitors can also engage in activities such as fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking in the nearby rivers and lakes. There’s even a playground nearby for the littles!

Glamping at Inn Town Camp with my family was an unforgettable experience that combined the comforts of home with the beauty of nature. We got there midday and checked right in. As we settled into our cozy glamping tent, we were greeted by a charming interior adorned with comfortable beds, soft lighting, and rustic décor. The kids were thrilled to have their own little adventure, complete with the excitement of sleeping under the stars in their cots while still enjoying the convenience of a well-appointed tent. Although the tent was equipped with wash clothes and towels there were no blankets for the cots. This was totally our fault as we were told about this prior to our stay. No worries though we ran down to the local Target and grabbed some. We spent our evenings gathered around the crackling fire pit, roasting marshmallows, eating our weight in s’mores and sharing ghost stories. During the day, we explored the nearby park and restaurants like Burgers And Cream. The campground’s amenities, like the movie nights and refreshing swimming pool, added an extra touch of convenience and luxury to our glamping experience. Inn Town Camp truly provided the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and family bonding, making it a cherished memory for all of us. We’re talking about going back every year!
