Hi guys! We’re back from Disney! And what a trip.. literally! Our trip to Disneyland trip started off a little wild because I accidentally booked us to fly into an airport 45 minutes away from the park! But we rolled with it, hopped in a Lyft straight to our hotel, dropped our bags, changed, and headed right to the park.

After waiting in line for an hour (totally worth it!) to take a photo with the iconic Mickey pumpkin, the girls later met Pluto, and something amazing happened afterwards a kind stranger in line for Dumbo The Flying Elephant gave Aria a brand new pair of light-up Nightmare Before Christmas ears. She was over the moon! Bless that sweet soul.
We met up with friends, ate way too many beignets, and watched one of the most magical parades ever the Paint the Night Electrical Parade. Truly breathtaking.
The next day it poured all morning, but we made the most of it! We rode rides in the rain, including Mike and Sully to the Rescue one last time before it’s gone *cries*, and Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree twice while getting completely soaked a core memory for Ivy and Ari for sure. Me and Ari also finally tried the Celestial Chocolate churro aka Dubai churro we’d been eyeing (so worth it!). Oh yeah did I mention Ivy and Ari rode the IncrediCoaster together! Like how?! My girls are getting so big.
Once the rain stopped, we went back to change for Oogie Boogie Bash. Riley chose a Moana theme this year and it was such a hit. The girls collected so much candy we’re still snacking on it almost two weeks later!
We ended the night watching the Frightfully Fun Parade (sooo good!) and grabbed dinner at Flo’s before heading back to the hotel. The girls had the best time, and even though we don’t know when we’ll make it back for Halloween again, we definitely made the most of every single moment.
