Hi guys! So as you know or maybe you don’t every year, I make my kids themed Easter baskets, and let me tell you — it’s a game changer. Having a theme takes away the stress of figuring out what to buy, and it makes shopping a lot more intentional (and fun!). Plus, it gives the baskets a personal touch that my kids absolutely love.
This year, I went with an art theme! My girls love getting creative, so it felt like the perfect way to celebrate Easter while encouraging their imaginations. The best part? Almost everything I used came from Dollar Tree, making it budget-friendly too!

What’s Inside Our Art-Themed Easter Baskets?
Here’s what I included in each basket:
• Blue Peep Bunnies – Because it’s not Easter without Peeps, right?
• Crayola Crayons – Fun vibrant colors for all their masterpieces.
• Crayola Pencil Sharpeners – Cute, colorful, and essential for their crayon stash.
• Crayola Playdoh – Perfect for sensory play and sculpting fun.
• Paint & Paintbrushes – Endless creative possibilities!
• Mini Notebooks – For doodles, drawings, and creative stories.
• Scissors – Safe and colorful, just right for little hands.
• Mini Canvases – Giving them their own “mini art gallery” to create on.
• Paint Palettes – To mix and match colors like little Picassos.
• Googly Eyes & Pipe Cleaners – The ultimate supplies for silly, imaginative crafts.
• Easter Grass – Of course, for that classic Easter basket look!
And for a little big treat, I added a Chocolate Bunny Bar from Trader Joe’s. It’s a cute and delicious addition that makes the basket feel extra festive.

Reusing Easter Baskets for Years.
Sustainability is something I try to be mindful of, so I’ve been using the same Easter baskets and name tags for three years now! Not only is it eco-friendly, but it also makes for a sweet tradition seeing the same baskets come out every year. My kids recognize them immediately, which adds a layer of nostalgia to the celebration.

Easter Made Easy.
So if you’re looking for a stress-free, creative way to celebrate Easter, consider trying a themed basket this year! I promise it’ll bring smiles all around.
