Hi guys! Today I am sharing a winter wonderland dump… well, a snow photo dump, that is. Two weeks ago, I packed up my fam and we headed to the snow. Typically, when we do snow days, we pass through Apple Hill. Neither Dayjhan nor I are experts when it comes to driving in the snow, so we don’t head up too far. Anyhow, we were off to the snow with lots of fun plans, even meeting one of my friends, Christina, and her babies Addy and Cam. But once we were nearly 7 miles away from our spot, we were stopped by enforcement and instructed to take the next exit to turn around because there was a huge storm and we had no chains. We pulled off at the exit and behold, there was a gas station and like 4-5 other families parked and playing in the snow. We made the best of it! We got out, got dressed into our snow gear, and had a blast! We experienced snow falling as a family for the first time ever. The kids had a small hill to sled, Aria made a snowman, and Riley and Dayjhan were even on the local news.
Though it wasn’t the snow day we planned, we still made some of the best memories ever.
