Hi guys! How are you? I have so much to catch you up on from these last few weeks! From Ivy’s birthday to our week long SoCal trip! But that can wait another time. Because today I’m sharing Ivy’s 9th birthday + our fam beach photoshoot!
The BIG day.
Per usual we had the amazing Sophia Jensen shoot us. This worked out great because Sophia not super recently moved down to SoCal. So when it came time for Ivy’s photos I immediately called her.
Originally I had wanted Ivy’s photos at Disneyland. But after talking to Sophia and figuring some things out we decided on a beach shoot instead. Later I even asked her if she could snap some family ones too. Because I mean hello when will we all be at the beach in SoCal again am I right? I was over the moon when she agreed!
The day of the photos we were a hot mess. We had to check out our first hotel so we got ready in the car, the wind was like 100 mph and it was cold AF! BUT WE DID IT! And I’m so glad we did and I love my family for doing photos in the freezing cold with me. Oh, and I love Ivy too so much for being such a great sport and changing outfits not once, not twice but three times! Oh and Sophia too for taking the best photos ever in such crazy conditions. Anyway enough talking enjoy this beautiful photos I know I can’t stop staring at them.
