Hi guys! You know what time it is right? It’s almost time for the beloved super bowl. Ah yes the game with the ball where the guys tackle each other and everyone goes crazy. Face it I don’t to much care about the super bowl. It doesn’t excite me. But what does excite me is the food duh. So on todays blog let’s jump right into making the perfect mini sliders for game day or any day really!
Mini Game Day Sliders ingredients.
- Bacon.
- 1lb ground beef.
- Pretzel Slider buns.
- Sliced sharp cheddar cheese.
- Seasonings: Garlic salt, Garlic pepper, Old Bay & Lawrys seasoned salt.
Optional side ingredients include: mayo, pickles & chips.
Making the sliders:
Step 1. Start cooking 4-5 slices of bacon. This will take the longest so I like to start it first.
Step 2. Take your ground beef and configure them into small patty’s. I only use half the pack and it makes 4 patty’s. Though you can use the entire pack if you’d like. Add on your desired amount of seasoning from ingredients list to front and back of patty.
Step 3. Cook your patty on stove top to your desire. Well done for me!
Step 4. Take one slice of cheddar cheese and cut into 4. Add to patty’s as they cook.
Step 5. Grab your bun and add mayo, add on your cheesy patty. Top with your bacon and you did it!
Touchdown!
You’ll be sure to score a touchdown with these simple and delicious sliders! They’re a shareable treat but also so good to eat. Now that we’re all done here the question is who are you rooting for if you’re into the super bowl?
