Hi guys! Halloween is near! And with nearly just under a month left to prep and plan for your fun event or just a fun treat to eat I’ve got you covered! Say hello to this simple DIY Frankenstein Dip.
The dip is so simple to make and is a scary good treat for all the Spooky season activities.
Dip Ingredients.
-3 ripe Avocados.
-1/4 cup tomatoes.
-1 tbs Salt + Pepper.
-1 tbs Garlic Powder.
-2 tbsp Lime Juice.
-1/4 cup jalapeño peppers.
(other ingredients.)
-Olives.
-Sour cream.
-Blue corn tortilla chips.
Frankenstein‘s Alive!
Step 1. Take your avocados peel and remove pit. Smash in a bowl until you get a mushy consistency.
Step 2. Add in your salt and pepper, lime juice, garlic powder tomatoes and jalapeños. Stir until done! Told ya it was simple!
Step 3. Once your guac is done take a baking spatula and add + spread guac onto a plate into a square for Frankenstein‘s head.
Step 4. Take a small scoop of sour cream and add to each side for each eyes.
Step 5. Take one olive and slice into two creating the center part of the eye. Take another one and slice into two as well for the pieces sticking out of his neck and one last slice of olive for the nose.
Step 6. Take a handful of minced olives to create a zig zag mouth and scar at the top of his head. (Note: I sliced a ton of olives by hand but I’m sure there’s an easier way to achieve minced olives.)
Step 7. Lastly take your tortilla chips and add a few to the top for his hair and you’re done! Nice job!
