Hi Friends + Family
We are less than a week away from Super Bowl LVI yes less than a week! While my boys (Raiders) didn’t make the cut that’s okay because there’s still so many reasons to celebrate! The amazing half time show plus the fun super bowl commercials. We will totally be tuned in over here in our house. But we all know you can’t have a celebration without food of course right? So on todays blog I take a page out of the Moribyan Blog to bring you some very simple and very tasty Pizza Hawaiian rolls. This recipe isn’t all the way hers I did change a few things to make it mine. But it is all the way definitely inspired by her. Her blog is amazing so check her out.
Pizza Hawaiian rolls ingredients.
Okay so what you will need is easy check out the ingredients list below:
1 loaf of Hawaiian rolls.
1 cup shredded mozzarella.
1 cup of pepperoni.
That’s all you need for the rolls themselves. BUT to give your rolls that extra kick you will want to create The garlic butter sauce that goes on top of them. For that you will need..
Garlic Butter Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon parmesan
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
This is very simple to create basically all you will do is melt your butter in the microwave. Once your butter is melted add everything in and mix!
Making the rolls..
Step 1: First start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. After you do this you can began to slice your rolls. Now you don’t want to completely slice them. You’ll only need to make 3 small slices two-thirds down the roll.
Step 2: Take your pepperonis and insert 2/3 of them inside each slice. After this add a few spoon fulls of mozzarella to each slice as well.
Step 3: Now you can take your garlic butter and top off the rolls with it. Have fun with this! Add as much or as little as you need too.
Step 4: Toss them in the oven for 10-12 mins and you are all finished!
Touch down on game day!
Everyone in your home will truly enjoy these little bit sized treats. They will ask for them by name and beg you to make them again so be ready! Have fun on game day and let me know how you love these!
