Today we’re in the kitchen and we’re cooking up something out of the ordinary. Today we are making Fried Ramen Chow Mein. This recipe was created by my oldest niece Precious and she is very proud of it. As she should be because it is delicious. Today we’re going to show you how to make it step-by-step and you can even check out a tutorial video here on her Tik Tok page. So without further ado let’s jump into this recipe.
Fried Ramen Chow Mein ingredients list.
1 pack of Ramen noodles (your choice of flavor)
1/2 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of soy sauce
1 cup of veggies (onions, cilantro, garlic, mushroom)
Let’s fry Chow Mein:
Step 1: The first thing you do is fill a pot with 1/2 cup of water and boil your ramen noodles. The key here is the only boil your noodles for around a minute and a half. You want your noodles soft but not fully cooked.
Step 2: Drain your noodle water and let noodles sit.
Step 3: Next add your oil, veggies and noodles to a pan. Start to sauté.
Step 4: Begin to pour and your soy sauce and your noodle packet that came inside your Ramen packaging. This step is very important because you want to pour a little and mix pour a little and mix. Continue this pattern until both the soy sauce and the noodle packet is gone.
Step 5: once everything has been added to the pan and your noodles are slightly crunchy you are done.
A simple meal.
I don’t know about you guys but this is simple for me. Plus having a new baby in the house simplifying things even just as a mom is exactly what I need. One of the best things I like about this recipe is you can add and chicken good at in shrimp whatever you want to it to make it your own it’s just a great recipe.
