Hi friends! Fall my most favorite season of them all. But of course if you’ve been a reader here for a while then you already know this. Another thing you may know is that I love Apple Hill.
Every year in some shape or form we try to make it up to the hill for some fun the family and I (read previous blogs here or here). It’s the best way to kick off the start of fall and we have so many sweet memories there.
This year we didn’t get to make it as a family but that’s alright because we made it with our second family. My best friend Melissa + her boys of course. So I met Melissa at her house we packed all the kids in the car and off to Apple Hill we went.
We got to visit the following farms:
Hidden Star, where we got to explore a mini town and play on an old fire truck.
Apple Ridge, where we ate delicious apple doughnuts and the kids got lost a million times in a tiny maze.
Grandpa’s Cellar, where Melissa raved about coffee flights & the kiddos played with giant Jenga pieces.
Oh and then lastly High Hill Ranch. This is probably our favorite hill of all time because
it has a beautiful lake, lots of delicious food & a great atmosphere. You can pretty much find everything on High Hill.
We spent about 4 hours up on the hills exploring, eating, shopping, taking lots of photos. It was so much fun. It’s always a good time with friends who are family and apple pie doesn’t hurt either.
Check out our fun day below. Have you ever been to Apple Hill or have anything like it in your area?
