It’s 5:30 am and there goes that annoying little alarm. Beep! It’s time to wake up and exercise. You snooze one or two times but now it’s time to wake up. It’s time to roll out of bed, put on your workout gear, slip on your shoes and jump on your treadmill. “Yaaa” that’s the yawning sound you make 4-5 times while on the treadmill because not only is it super early in the morning but it is so boring. Same old treadmill, same old routine, can you say snoozefest? Well, snooze no more because today I am not only introducing you to the amazing app, iFit, but I am also giving you tips on making exercising fun! Let’s get into it.
Hello, let’s exercise.
So I am beyond excited to introduce you guys to the app, iFit. If you’re like me, exercising isn’t your most fun hobby but it’s definitely at the top of your to-do list. I always start my day exercising because of a few reasons. One, I love to work on my body’s natural energy. Two, I enjoy the way it makes me feel, and three, it’s a great form of self-care. But even though exercising was important to me as you read a little earlier I always woke up feeling like it was more of a repetitive chore instead of a fun hobby. Hello, iFit! When I learned about iFit I knew from then on out things were going to change and change they did. I have been using iFit for a few weeks now and every day I am still amazed at the things this app can do. But wait what is iFit exactly? Oh how very rude of me.

You can track your workouts and view all of your stats after your workout. iFit creates that change of pace we all need in our traditional workout routines. Speaking of which, I bring you those 3 tips.
3 tips for making exercising more fun
Tip 1 Download iFit: iFit is great so I really don’t think you need any more convincing, right? But how do you download it? Well, it’s simple. First, you log into your phone’s app store. Next, you download the app (or click here to download), and lastly, you start your free trial and begin your brand new fun workout journey, oh yeah.
Tip 2 Switch up your workout attire: For me some days I wouldn’t even change my workout attire. I would be so sleepy I would get on the treadmill in my pajamas. But even on the days where I got dressed my workout attire was total blah. So along with downloading iFit I also switched up my shoes, my tank tops, and even workout pants. I felt pretty and I also felt excited to work out. It’s so cool what a new outfit can do for you even if it is workout apparel.
Tip 3 Reward yourself: So now you’ve got iFit and a new outfit and you’re totally kicking butt! Waking every day, exercising, checking your stats. You deserve a reward. One of the best ways to make exercising fun is to reward yourself. Did you meet that goal is 10 miles this week in your walking class? or maybe you decided to use that old equipment with one of your classes. Whatever it is, reward yourself with something nice. I like to reward myself with a smoothie.
Have fun & get fit!
So friends there ya have it, a great way to get fit, practice some self-care, and of course have fun with iFit. So now the big question is, which class will you choose first? What outfit will you rock? and what will you end up rewarding yourself with? That my friends is all up to you. Have fun!
