Hi friends! It’s sunny outside, the flowers are blooming, the weather is getting a little warmer and that means spring is just right around the corner. Springtime is one of my favorite seasons! Especially being a mom because I get to experience watching the joy on my little one’s faces as the season changes. But how do you get your little ones ready for spring? What’s in the box?

Action for Healthy Kids (Non-Profit): First in our box we have AFHK which stands for Action for Healthy Kids. Action for Healthy Kids is actually a nonprofit group that helps bring educators and families together. Through grant funding, online resources and so much more. Action for Healthy Kids is an awesome way to kick off our blog post. They believe that lifelong healthy habits start in the home. So they are celebrating with what they call Every Kid Healthy Week.

Between April 26-30, they will be promoting physical activities, emotional wellness, and good nutrition for the whole family. We grabbed our pens from our box and took some notes to get registered for Every Kid Healthy Week. Check out the daily challenges below and click the links to learn more.
