Hi friends! Today we talk kid clothes. Clothes for my littles are often some of my favorite things to shop for. I love hand-picking little shirts, mixing and matching colors and patterns. Picturing their tiny selves twirling, whirling, running around in their new outfits. Honestly yes, it brings me joy. But as much as I do love shopping for my girls sometimes it’s way easier said than done. Sure wild prints or slogans are cool, but sometimes you just need something more simple. Something as simple as Primary.
Primary clothing.
Primary is a children’s clothing brand co-founded by Galyn Bernard and Christina Carbonell. Driven to have something more basic for little ones to wear Primary was born. “Every color for every kid. With no labels and no slogans.” Primary brings simple basics to an entirely new level by not only offering colors for every little one but an array of sizing too. Primary offers sizes for babies from 0-24, littles from 2-12 years, and family from xs-xxl. Yes mom, yes dad you can match with your little ones go ahead and rejoice.
Why I choose it for my littles.
When I first discovered Primary I fell in love right away with the plain colors and basic prints. I loved how versatile the clothing could be. For example, Ivy could wear a pink shirt with black leggings and then wear the shirt again the next day over a jumpsuit. Aria could rock a cozy dress with Ivy’s leggings and then rock it again over a skirt. I was totally sold and I fell even more in love when we received our first order (see the order here & here). Our second order and also our first pair of pajamas just as impressive. Every single item that the girls have worn from Primary has been sustainable and more importantly cozy. I don’t to worry about rips or tears. I don’t have to worry about color fading when worn or washed. The girls love the plain prints and Primary has been our go-to for basics.
Hooray for simplicity!
Thank you so much to Primary for gifting the girls all of awesome pieces of clothing. A parenting must-have and I am so excited to have them around as my girls grow and as we prepare for another little one in the future.
