So I headed to my Safeway purchased a bunch of Signature SELECT™, Signature Farms®, and Signature Cafe® brands and today I am bringing you a super quick, super easy meal for your family. Oh yeah and dessert too! So what are we having? Bacon burgers, mac & cheese, and some sweet vanilla ice cream to wash it all down.
What you will need:
Signature Farms® 100% ground beef patties

Signature SELECT™hickory smoked bacon
Signature SELECT™ hamburger buns
Signature SELECT™ bbq chips
Signature SELECT™cake cups
Signature SELECT™ vanilla ice cream
&
Signature Cafe® mac & cheese
Step 1: Unthaw your burgers (season if you’d like) and get to grilling! We like ours well done so we cook them until they are..well, well done.
Step 2: Start cooking your bacon while your burgers are grilling. Bacon may take a little longer so sometimes this may even be your step 1.
Step 3: Prepare your mac & cheeses. The Signature Cafe® mac & cheese is great because it only takes 3 minutes to cook in the microwave and is a hit with the little ones.
Step 4: Combine your finished patties and bacon on your buns with whatever condiments you choose. We enjoy adding cheese, lettuce, and mayo to ours. Don’t forget your bbq chips on the side!
Step 5: Enjoy your meal because when you’re done your vanilla ice cream cone will be awaiting you for your pleasure!
