With this oil that is definitely not the case. So last night for dinner I had the pleasure of using it for my parmesan encrusted tilapia. Below are quick step by step instructions and what you’ll need:
- Tilapia
- European Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- parmesan cheese + whatever seasonings you desire
- side of broccoli or again whatever side you desire
So first you preheat your oven to a warm 400 degrees and during this time you can clean your tilapia thoroughly. Next, you can now season your tilapia and add your parmesan. Once you’ve achieved your desired amount of seasoning you can add your oil to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the texture of how you prefer your fish. Once done add your side dish and congratulations you just made an easy meal using European Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
