So I headed to Walmart to grab a bag of Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips. Located right in the freezer section and looked for the new and improved now even crispier strips, they were super easy to find and coming from Walmart I knew I would score a great deal on them. I like my kids to also have a few choices when they eat, so I also snagged a box of State Fair® 100% Beef Corn Dogs too. With 6 gram of protein per serving, I knew they would go great with Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips. Oh, and did you know that when you shop at Walmart for back to school they have a cool bundle offer with shopkick? Check it out below:

So how do you make my Cool-School Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strip tacos in only 20 minutes? Well here’s what you’ll need.
- Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips
- Tortillas
- Coleslaw
- Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Taco Sauce
STEP 1: So first we go ahead and we preheat the oven to 400 degrees, this will allow you to take some time to help the little ones do their homework or ask about their day at school. If you’re choosing to start cooking before they get home, then this time will simply allow you to just relax for a few minutes. Once heated go right ahead and add your chicken strips inside. I also added my corn dogs as well. If you’re feeling spicy you can even add a pinch of your favorite seasonings to both.
STEP 2: While your chicken strips are cooking you can now start to prep your ingredients. I like to add everything to a plate that way my kids can basically create their own tacos how they want. This step also allows for little ones to help you too.
STEP 3: Frying the shells is super easy. All you need to do is add a small spoon of cooking oil and toss in your tortillas. Cook to your liking and add them to your plate because by now your chicken strips should be done.
STEP 4: Add your chicken strips to their shells, and pack on the good stuff. Coleslaw, cheese, sour cream, a drizzle of taco sauce. I usually like to go in this particular order but it’s up to you how you want to create yours
