Here’s how I made them:
• Cook your bacon
• Scramble your eggs
• Unroll refrigerated croissant dough
• Add cheese + bacon + eggs
• Roll them up and bake until golden (about 10–12 mins at 350°)

Minimal effort. Maximum yum! 😋

Honest review: I love it so much. Typically I’ll stay on a good 30 minutes & watch a episode of @abbottelemabc or if Im really daring I’ll watch a whole movie on there for a good hour & 45 minutes. I love how it slides right under my bed, comes w a remote & it’s easy to use. Shoutout to my hubby.

Our Pismo beach trip with Inn At The Pier.

May 6, 2019      Porsha Carr

(I received this trip for review, but all opinions are my own.)
(This is a sponsored post from Inn At The Pier.)

“Pismo beach! Pismo beach!”

This is what the girls chanted right before our trip. The girls, myself nor my husband had ever been to the city. With our bags packed, snacks on deck and hearts full of excitement not knowing what to expect or what it would be like we hit the road with a new chant
“Pismo Beach here come the Carr’s.”

This trip was one we had waited months for. You see initially our trip to Pismo Beach was planned for last fall, but due to the Parsaide fires (read more about it here) our trip was unfortunately postponed. Being able to finally take the trip we felt very thankful. We felt even more thankful for the people who made it possible. Our friends over at Inn At The Pier.

Inn At The Pier is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Pismo Beach. This beautiful hotel is located seconds away from the beach. I mean it’s so close you can listen to the ocean waves crash as you sleep. Which we did every night when we were there. The oceanfront hotel features 104 boutique rooms to choose from including suites and ADA accessible rooms with the most incredible amenities such as large comfortable beds by Simmons and large showers, flat screen TVs, mini coffee bars and fridges, modern day decor, private balconies and my husbands favorite Amazon Echo with Alexa. Aside from the rooms, the hotel has some other pretty cool options as well. An up to date gym for exercise, meeting rooms for parties or events and of course two of the best restaurants in the city. The Rooftop which is a bar adjacent to their sparkling pool that overlooks the entire coastline. With breathtaking views, you can order a drink and take it all in relaxing on their comfy seating or next to the fire pit. Then there’s Blonde. Located inside of the hotel adjacent to the lobby this restaurant features contemporary Pismo dining and mixes family time and fun time with their classic menu. items The hotel was perfect and we hardly ever wanted to leave the room. If it weren’t for our kids dragging us out to the beach every chance they got my husband and I probably would have stayed cuddled up in the room all day. Upon our arrival at the hotel after valet parking our car, we were greeted by the hotel’s manager Kevin He was extremely genuine and took a lot of pride in the hotel. He even took the time to speak to our girls as well. I can only imagine how much work goes into running a hotel so it meant a lot he took the time out of his day to greet us. We were then checked in by the sweetest staff ever. I mean everyone was so amazingly sweet. Our bags were brought to our room for us, we unpacked, explored our bedroom, the hotel then it was time to explore the city.

First stop? Do I even have to tell you? The beach of course. The girls couldn’t wait to get their tiny toes in the sand. The beach was gorgeous it looked really big and I couldn’t help but feel so lucky to able to finally see it in person with my family. It was definitely a surreal moment ill always cherish and remember.

After playing at the beach for a moment our appetites were worked up. The 4-hour drive down played a part in that too. Since we were already out and had heard a ton about Splash Cafe we decided to check it out. Though the line was out the door it moved fast and the food was yummy too. We walked a few blocks exploring and grabbing some sweet treats before heading back to the hotel and calling it a night. I think once we got back in I showered for an hour because the shower at Inn At The Pier was so amazing. The water stayed hot forever and I enjoyed every minute of it until it was time for bed.

The next day we all slept in until about 10:00 am ish and decided to replace breakfast with a morning swim 🙂 We loved the pool. The water was heated to about 70 degrees and the hot tub was even hotter. Ivy loved it the most as we couldn’t even get her out of it when it was time to go. Aria loved it too she even liked the warmth of the firepits. Across the way was the rooftop bar, can you say mimosas? We didn’t but I really wish we would have, next time for sure.
After the pool, we all headed back to the room to get dressed and head out for the day. It was lunch time and we ate at Hoagies Sandwiches and Grill. If you ever try the place I would totally recommend the Dirty Bird Hoagie.
We retreated back to our room to grab our sand toys so we can spend an afternoon at the beach. This time was filled with family jokes, flying kites, reading, snacking, attempting to build sand castles and of course the famous Pismo beach swings. Shopping came shortly after this, well at least for us girls as we headed off to some local shops while my husband wanted to go back to the hotel and relax. Their room service had come and cleaned our rooms for us. I’m telling you they are the absolute best.  When we got back the girls ordered some ice cream from room service and got comfy in the soft complementary robes until fast forward to later in the evening and there we were eating again! this time at a place called Wooley’s which was crowded but spot on with their food and drinks. Our night ended later in bed with the girls playing with new mermaid toys their dad had bought for them and a little bit of tv.
The next morning we ordered breakfast in bed from Blonde up to our room. I think we tried two of everything on the menu and I regret nothing because it was wonderfully made and so good. Checking out of the hotel was very easy and as I did this valet helped my husband and the kids to the car with our bags. The girls didn’t wanna leave, my husband and I didn’t either but it was time to head home. Though our 2 days at Inn At The Pier seem to fly by it was two of the best days ever. My girls are already asking for another trip. Those little beach bums.
Living her best life.
On the way home, we stopped in San Luis Obispo’s famous and gross gum wall to stick gum to the wall of course and grabbed some cones from Batch Ice cream for the road.
Our entire trip was like a sandy daydream and thanks to Inn At The Pier another special memory the Carr family will have forever. Thank you, Inn At The Pier for having us!
