In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m sharing 5 simple ways you can protect your peace & pour back into you.

1. Start your mornings with God – Pray, read a verse, or sit in silence & invite Him into your day.

2. Say “NO” without guilt – Protect your time, energy, and peace.

3. Get outside daily – Even a quick walk or sitting in the sun can shift your mood.

4. Talk to someone you trust—or write it down – If you don’t feel ready to open up to someone, grab a journal & let it out. Your feelings deserve space, either way. Me personally I talk to God.

5. Celebrate the small wins – You’re doing better than you think.

Showing up for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Let’s normalize choosing rest, boundaries, & joy on purpose.

Fun toddler Valentines day lunch with Replay.

February 12, 2019      Porsha Carr

Hi friends!

Valentine’s day is upon us. You excited? What do you do for the holiday? Any special traditions or perhaps fun dates? Well, I personally love roaming down all the aisles of Target stuffing my basket with the best of the best chocolate treats. You wanna know what else I love? Gifting my girls fun Valentines Day baskets (check out last years DIY baskets here). But I thought this year I’d switch things up, try a little something different. So I created a fun little holiday lunch with our favorite kid’s tableware Replay.

Replay is a children’s tableware brand that makes fun super colored tableware (read about them here). So I thought it would be fun to make the girls Valentine’s day lunch using Replay Valentines Day colors. The lunch was really easy and the girls loved it. Here’s what you’ll need.

-sandwich ingredients of your choice (along with a heart-shaped sandwich cutter).
-strawberries.
-yougart.
-sprinkles
-candy hearts.
-red fruit juice.
-goldfish

The entire lunch cost under $10.00. What a steal what a deal right? First I made peanut butter sandwiches the girls favorite and I used the heart shape cutter. Then I added yogurt to their plate with a tiny bit of sprinkles. Next, I added the strawberries as a delicious side.

Once that was done I added red fruit juice to their cups and some candy hearts for a fun little cupid touch. There you have it and simple and fun Valentine’s day lunch for toddlers with the help of Replay. Happy Valentine’s day friends!

Thank you, Replay!
