In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m sharing 5 simple ways you can protect your peace & pour back into you.

1. Start your mornings with God – Pray, read a verse, or sit in silence & invite Him into your day.

2. Say “NO” without guilt – Protect your time, energy, and peace.

3. Get outside daily – Even a quick walk or sitting in the sun can shift your mood.

4. Talk to someone you trust—or write it down – If you don’t feel ready to open up to someone, grab a journal & let it out. Your feelings deserve space, either way. Me personally I talk to God.

5. Celebrate the small wins – You’re doing better than you think.

Showing up for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Let’s normalize choosing rest, boundaries, & joy on purpose.

Hi guys!
I have some exciting news to share, guess what? I am going to be an aunt again! Yes, my sister is finally having a baby. I am so excited for her, over the moon. She’s due in January around the time Aria will be 3 years old. Wow, I can’t believe my baby girl is going to be 3. With this news of my sister being pregnant and thinking about Aria turning 3, it really has me reminiscing about when she was first born. My sister gifted me with the sweetest gift ever it was a huge gift basket of  JOHNSON’S® products. I can’t forget the way it made Aria smell and feel. I loved that gift basket of JOHNSON’S®. Now it’s time to return the favor to my sister.

Coming from a mother of two girls with very sensitive skin I have always wanted to make sure Ivy and Aria have the best of the best products. Being that I grew up on JOHNSON’S® myself as a child I feel really comfortable with them as a brand and company I know I can trust. Another thing I feel really comfortable with and can trust is our neighborhood Walgreens. For as long as I can remember my family and I have been heading to Walgreens for our everyday household needs. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the store is always so clean, it’s wonderful. So knowing that I wanted to purchase something special for my sister and her baby I knew I would buy JOHNSON’S® products from Walgreens.

JOHNSON’S® is the perfect first gift for moms to be, I think my sister knew that when she gifted me that basket. It’s the #1 choice of many hospitals because of how gentle it is. It’s also specifically designed for the care of newborn skin too. JOHNSON’S® products are made with over 90% naturally derived ingredients and are also 100% gentle, free of parabens and phthalates. Dye free, sulfate free, worry-free means a happy mom and baby.

So I and my girls took a trip to Walgreens to pick out some products for my sisters new baby. We even picked out some products for us as well, not only do I use JOHNSON’S®
for Aria but Ivy too. I loved the new and improved bottles. While JOHNSON’S® has been around for years they make sure to stay relevant with the modern day mom, while also staying true to maintain the safest ingredients. I could definitely appreciate this as a modern-day mom myself. There were so many products to choose from. We spent a while in the store and ended up buying the newborn shampoo, wash, and lotion.

I was pretty excited to get home to use our baby lotion for our bath time routine. Typically what I do is give the girls a bath, once they’ve turned themselves out playing with their toys I will get them out and dry them off. When they are all dry I will gently rub the lotion onto their skin. The JOHNSON’S® lotion is perfect for this because as I said before they do have sensitive skin, and this works well for that.

So I gave my sister all the products and she absolutely loved them. I reminded her of the time she brought me my own  JOHNSON’S® products and how I loved them. I love my sister and her baby boy/girl so much already I can’t wait to welcome the little one to the world with JOHNSON’S®.

Don’t forget right now you can save $1 on any 1 JOHNSON’S® lotion, wash, or hair care item. At Walgreens with a digital clip to card offer that expired 9/22, click here.
