If you know me you know a few things about me. I love going shopping, rolling down the aisle of Target buying things I don’t need, my kids oh and long nails. But while I do love these things it can sometimes be such an impossible task and that’s all because of my kid’s car seat. The car seat? I know you may be thinking well what does that have to do with anything? Well, how in the world am I going to take a trip to go shopping at Target to buy things I don’t need with my kids if I can’t get them out of their car seats because of my long nails uh? 🙂 yes, now you see what I mean? Okay, okay maybe not just yet. So let me talk to you about a thing that we call The Car Seat Key.

The Car Seat Key is the greatest invention known to mankind. This little key was created by a brother and sister duo to make moms who have nails so much easier. Not only was this key designed to make mom life easier but also people who may not have such strong hands, or who have arthritis  Let me explain to you how this works.

The Car Seat Key is a small almost “c” shaped key that attaches to your car keys as a key chain. What you do is you take The Car Seat Key and slip the flat part behind the buckle of the car seat. The other side of the key with the little bump on it goes in front. Once in place you can press down on the button, and with a little press that’s it! you’ve free’d the baby and you saved your nails/hands from a rough time! Pretty simple right?

I love this key because I love my nails long. Being a mom people often think you have to give up the things you love just because you are a mom which is totally untrue. Because of the Car Seat Key not only can I keep my nails long, but I also have a pretty neat and inventive way to free my babies from their seats. I can’t tell you how many people have asked me “whats that?” or “how does it work?” when they see the Car Seat Key on my key ring.
